Being one of the Capital Millennium Projects initiated by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Chinese Culinary Institute (CCI) provides both full-time and part-time programs to youngsters and practicing chefs in the industry who wish to obtain or upgrade their qualifications in Chinese Cuisine. CCI endeavors to create a systematic training system in Chinese cuisine from elementary to the master chef levels to elevate the professional standard and status of Chinese chefs.

The ICI offers a wide range of quality professional culinary programs covering European, Mediterranean, American, Asian and Middle Eastern cuisines.Asian cuisines feature Korean, Japanese, Indian and more.It also provides wine and international theme park and event management programs.

IVE has been evolving in tandem with the economic development of Hong Kong, building a competent and innovative workforce needed in a knowledge economy.

THEi was set up in 2012 by the Vocational Training Council of Hong Kong to offer degree programs with a difference. They are innovative as many are in niche areas, combining areas of study not often found in Hong Kong but much needed by it. They are vocationally and professionally oriented and developed with significant industry input, with the ‘learn and do’ approach enabling students to apply specialized knowledge and skills to real-world issues. All our programs include meaningful industry attachments with international and local firms in Hong Kong and overseas to provide students with first-hand experience of working in the real world.

Hong Kong Culinary Academy has been providing professional training services for the hotel and catering industry for decades. Since 2005, they have a strong employer network. To meet the needs and demands of the industry, they started to provide the youth with professional culinary qualifications and prepare for them to join the industry.
